Why This Tour Is Special
Yucatán is usually known for Chichén Itzá, Mérida and the beaches near Cancun. However, the region also offers one of the richest soft-adventure travel experiences in Mexico.
This tour connects the natural and cultural diversity of the peninsula: freshwater cenotes, jungle paths, ancient Maya cities, mangroves, flamingo areas, colonial towns, traditional villages and local communities where travelers can experience the living culture of Yucatán.
The itinerary is active but not extreme. Travelers can swim in cenotes, explore archaeological sites, enjoy boat rides through mangroves, walk through colonial towns, discover local food and visit communities linked to crafts, agriculture and Maya traditions.
This tour is especially useful for international tour operators and private groups looking for a fresh Yucatán product beyond the standard Cancun–Chichén Itzá circuit. It is also a perfect pre- or post-beach extension from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum or Riviera Maya.
