 Located east of the Media Zone you will find Rioverde; while in Huasteca Potosí you will find Tamasopo, both municipalities gathers a diversity of attractions of natural beauties, perfect for any sports modality and its surroundings is also perfect for diving. From the capital city you can begin an adventure to these beautiful destinations and enjoy your stay experimenting emotions and different sensations.
In Rioverde you can admire the landscape that offers the Sierrra Madre with mountains covered with vegetation crossed by rivers that form waterfalls and pools. A magnificent attraction is La Laguna de Media Luna, a natural protected area, the most important spring of the State where you can observe a great biodiversity of flora and fauna both land and water.
Media Luna is ideal for diving in its free modalities and with an equipment of compressed air; and special diving in caves with perforations on the ceiling, filtering the rays of light, creating a unique view. Tamasopo is famous for its waterfalls and among other attractions you can find the Puente de Dios, where you can discover the famous “Pozo Azul”.
