Querétaro is an interesting and beautiful destination located in the middle part of the Central region of Mexico. In the city of Querétaro, its capital you can appreciate an extravagance of the past reflected in the huge streets, protected by the colosal temples and convents that patents the religious aspects of Querétaro and beautified by its splendid palaces and colonial homes, full of patriotic history making it a World Heritage Site.

In the city you can appreciate beautiful examples of barroque architecture like the Temples of San Felipe Neri and Santa Rosa de Viterbo, in addition to the Zacatecana House and the Theater of the Republic, site of the promulgation of the constitution which currently rules the country. The symbol per excellence of the residence of Querétaro is the mega 18th century construction of the Los Arcos. Some other cultural and historic attractions of the state are Cerro de las Campanas, City Museum, the Illustriuos Querétano Pantheon, among many others.

You can also visit the Juriquilla, which includes exclusive spas and golf courses or Bernal whose surrounding includes a famous and enormous monolito ideal to practice climbing and rappel. Outside the city you must visit the Cerrito pyramid, religious area considered one of the most important in the central region of Mexico.

Other vestiges are the proud archeological areas of Ranas and Toluquilla, considered the maximum cultural and archeological expressions of the Sierra Gorda de Querétaro. Here, you will feel like an explorer in the dark part of the Los Herrera Cavern; or enjoy the thermal waters of Tequesquiapan and feel the contemplation in buying in the San Juan del Rio arts and crafts stores.

The geographic characteristics of Querétano and its architectural history has made the state turn into a wonderful place for excursions, walks and exploration. There is a route called Querétaro Misionero where you can tour the Franciscan missions of the state and impressing visits to the Media Luna Hill among others. Here you will find a perfect scene to live an adventure, mountains, forests, rappel, mountain biking, archery and rock climbing with the assistance of professional guides.
