 Chamela Bay can easily be accesible by sea or land, from Puerto Vallarta or Barra de Navidad on route of the 200 beaches. Located toward the south of Vallarta between Punta Rivas and Punta Farallón, you can find Chamela Bay where 11 islands close in with several islets, the ideal place for one of the most spectacular tourism destination of beaches on the coast of Jalisco, perfect to carry out all types of water activities among them windsurfing.
The ensenada measures some 13 kilometers in extension and is the only one in all of Mexico with most islands in its interior. Chamela is excellent for windsurfing throughout its 11 islands with its best at the beaches of Cala de la Virgen, Montemar, Caleta Blanca or Rumorosa and Cuatas Beach. |
