  Tabasco is a region characterized with having an impressive river network, lagoons and streams, among the main rivers are: El Usumacinta, Grijalva, the largest in Mexico, San Pedroa and San Pablo; rivers that were used by the Mayans for trade and are today wonderful places to practice ecosystems, adventure sports and sports fishing, a true paradise for nature lovers. Its crossings go through magical towns like Jonuta, Emiliano Zapata, Balancan and Tenosique. These territories were occupied by the Olmecas and Mayans who left testimonies of its culture in places that today constitute important archeological sites and are of interest to visit.
